Me - on and off the mat

 

I am an energetic person who loves to find humor and lightness in life. I like to spend my time moving, working out, and being outdoors. I teach specialized yoga/HIIT sessions, because I believe passionately in the power of yoga and movement for wellbeing – both physical and mental. I love the feeling I get when connecting to my body and mind through movement, meditation and fitness. And I am happiest when I can bring this to others - either in the corporate or personal sphere.  

I create specialized yoga, meditation, and HIIT programs to help individuals live their best lives on and off their mats. I have experience creating programs for mobility issues due to progressive brain disorders, injury rehabilitation, overall relaxation, strengthening, flexibility, and work-related pain/stiffness.
