YOGA

My experience and training in yoga allows me to offer a diverse range of styles. The benefit this provides is hyper-specialized sessions that are unique and completely catered to your needs. Below are just a few of the styles I teach.

  • Yin - Relaxation, meditation, breathing and stretch focussed. Perfect way to compliment a daily workout regime, or improve flexibility, mobility, and focus, and help reduce work related pain/stiffness.

  • Flow - Flowing movement through a series of standing postures. Great for strengthening, and leaning out muscles - while energizing the mind.

  • Yang/Yin - Balanced mix of standing poses focused on strength and mobility, and sitting/lying poses focused on flexibility and relaxation. To get the all-around benefits of a regular yoga practice, this is your go-to.

  • Injury Rehab/Sports Yoga - Designed with the individual in mind. Have stubborn areas of tightness due to work, an injury, or physical activity? Specialized movement techniques and joint focused stretching available.

  • Core/Pelvic Floor Yoga - Need to strengthen your core due to back pain, or post-partum? Specialized movement, strengthening, and breathing techniques available.
